Coach J's comments:
We really didn't touch Reitz as she pretty much dominated with her no hitter. We struck out seven times and didn't really get much good contact. Defensively we had some mental breakdowns that need to be cleaned up.

Coach J's comments:
We made better contact in this game with five hits but only once reached scoring position. We have had problems in the last couple of weeks putting hits together with runners in scoring position. We need to get that changed with a big week of softball coming up. Bethany Colman was two for two with some nice line shots. Others getting hits for us were Danielle Gibson, Dariann Freer, and Jess Carson. Danielle gave us a nice two innings of relief pitching giving up zero earned runs in the last two innings. We played better defensively in this game but still have room for improvement. We travel to Bismarck to take on the Mystics Wednesday. Game times are 2:00 and 4:00. We then travel to Wahpeton on the weekend for the big region qualifying series vs. NDSCS. We play at 3:00 and 5:00 on Saturday and noon and 2:00 on Sunday. We need three wins on the weekend to advance to regional play in Minnesota on May 9th and 10th.
