Coach J's comments:
Even though we put some runs on the board we did not play well in this game. It was disappointing after getting off to a lead with four runs in the first inning to turn around and give them three back right away. Two of those runners were on due to errors on routine plays that our gals will make most of the time. We didn't help Jillian out much with five errors while allowing 10 unearned runs. The Beavers did hit the ball very hard however and hit four home runs in the game. Leading us in hitting was AliceAnn Sloan with a two for three game. She also had an RBI. Jess Mehling hit a big two run double in the first to knock in two runners. Also getting hits were Destiny Kaus, Whitley Naismith, and Courtney Hart.
